Integrated Therapeutic Counsellor working with adults and young people
I am an Integrated Therapeutic Counsellor working with adults and young people. I use a personal, integrated approach and have experience working with:
Stress
Anxiety
Low mood and depression
Relationship and attachment patterns
ADHD and autism
Loss, grief, and bereavement.
Life and relationships can have their ups and downs and so it can be really helpful to talk with someone, to feel heard, without judgement. Counselling can give you the space to understand and process difficult emotions, giving you more understanding of yourself and enabling freedom, choice, and peace.
I am qualified counsellor, with a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am currently studying for a CPCAB Level 5 post graduate qualification in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
In addition to my private practice, I am a Counsellor at a local secondary school and I volunteer for the Bereavement charity Cruse.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy for adults, adolescents, and young people aged 11-18.
Appointments are available either in person in Kings Langley WD4 or online.
Sessions are weekly and are for 50 minutes.
It's important to find a good fit with therapy, so please send me an email or give me a call to arrange an initial, free, 15 min appointment. I can explain how I work and hear your concerns, and we can discuss how to move forward.
