Life and relationships can have their ups and downs, and at times it can feel overwhelming to manage everything on your own. Counselling can offer a supportive space to pause, reflect, and feel truly heard — without judgement.
I am an Integrated Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, offering counselling to adults and young people aged 14+. I work in a personal, relational way, tailoring therapy to you and your individual experiences. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you, helping you make sense of difficult feelings, deepen your understanding of yourself, and find greater freedom, choice, and peace.

Finding the Right Fit
I believe the relationship between counsellor and client is central to effective therapy. It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported.
I offer a free 15-minute initial phone call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you to counselling, and get a sense of how I work. From there, we can discuss whether moving forward together feels right.
