I’m an Integrated Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering support to adults and young people aged 14+. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.
I have a passion in supporting adults and young people with their mental health and wellbeing.
Life and relationships can be complex, and at times overwhelming. Talking things through with a professional can help you make sense of your experience and reconnect with yourself. Therapeutic counselling can support deeper self-awareness, emotional understanding, and a greater sense of choice, freedom, and peace.
I work using an integrated therapeutic approach, meaning I tailor my work to you as an individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. This allows therapy to respond flexibly to your needs, experiences, and goals. My work is relational, compassionate, and collaborative, supporting you at your own pace.
